YES

Repair as necessary, then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

NO

a.

Possibility of malfunctioning ECM.Test with a new ECM and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace with a new ECM and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
