Remove the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the ash tray and then remove the 4 screws holding the center facia panel.

Remove the windshield deicer relay (A) from the center support bracket after loosening the bolt.

Check for continuity between the terminals.

There should be continuity between the No.87 and No.30 terminals when power and ground are connected to the No.86 and No.85 terminals.

There should be no continuity between the No.87 and No.30 terminals when power is disconnected.
