Disconnect the MAP sensor connector.
Remove the air intake hose at the air cleaner and the resonator.
Remove the three bolts attaching the air cleaner mounting brackets.
Detach the air cleaner.
Remove the air flow sensor from the air intake hose.
Do not pull on the MAP sensor wires.
Check the air cleaner body, cover, or filter for distortion, corrosion or damage.
Check the air duct for damage.
Check the air cleaner element for restriction, contamination or damage. If the element is slightly restricted, remove the dust and debris by blowingcompressed air from the inside of the element.
