BASIC INSPECTIONu

Before performing the inspection of brake switch, make sure that the follwing items :

① Contact resistance, oxidation, corrosion, bent or broken terminals, loose wires etc.

② Damage and crack

CHECK PROCEDURE

① Remove the brake s/w connector and there should be the continuity between the terminal 3 to the terminal 2 and there should be no continuity between the terminal 1 to the terminal 2.

② When pressing the brake s/w, there should be no continuity between the termial 3 to the terminal 4 and there shoul be the continuity between the terminal 1 to the terminal 2.
