Connect scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).

IG KEY : ON , Engine : OFF

Select "actuator test mode" on scantool.

Using the scantool, operate PCSV by force.

Does the PCSV operate well?

YES

▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or ECM’s connector.

▶ Fault was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared.

▶ If the problem works out, Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

NO

▶ Go to "Inspection & Repair" procedure.
