Monitor "Heater Relay" parameter on the scantool.

Specification : Coolant temp. below 70℃ : Coolant auxiliary heater relay ON
Coolant auxiliary heater relay OFF
Connect scantool to Data Link Cable (DLC).
Warm engine up to normal operating temperature.
Turn "OFF" electrical devices and A/C.
Monitor "Heater Relay" parameter on the scantool.
Specification : Coolant temp. below 70℃ : Coolant auxiliary heater relay ON
Coolant auxiliary heater relay OFF
