Install the exhaust manifold with its gasket.

M10 : 35-55 N.m (350-550 kg.cm, 25-40 lb.ft |

Do not use the used exhaust manifold gasket.
Remove the heat protector.
Remove the exhaust manifold.
Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
Check for damage or cracking.
Using a straight edge and feeler gauge, check for distortion on the cylinder head matching surface.
Standard value : 0.15 mm (0.006 in.) |
Service limit : 0.3 mm (0.012 in.) |
Check the exhaust manifold for damage and cracking.
Install the exhaust manifold with its gasket.
