Remove the overhead console.

Disconnect the motor connector from sun roof harness.

After applying DC 12V to the terminal 5, apply the terminal 4 to the ground.

Check that the motor turns in the direction of the sunroof when tilted down and is open.

Reverse the connections and check that the motor turns in the direction when the sunroof is closed and tilted up.
