BASIC INSPECTION

Before performing the inspection of A/C condensor fan, make sure that the follwing items :

① Heater

② Relay damage or crack with he wiring harness

CHECK PROCEDURE

1.Heater relay No.1 test (Normally-open type A)

① Remove the water heater relay No.1 and there should be the continuity between the terminal 1 and the terminal 4 when power and ground are connected to the terminal 2 and the terminal 3.

② There should be no continuity between the terminal 1 and the terminal 4 when power is disconnected.

2. Heater relay No.2 test (Normally-open type A)

① Remove the water heater relay No.2 and there should be the continuity between the terminal 1 and the terminal 5 when power and ground are connected to the terminal 2 and the terminal 4.

② There should be no continuity between the terminal 1 and the terminal 5 when power is disconnected.
