Discharge the refrigerant.

Remove the air conditioner suction hose, liquid tube and grommet.

Remove the 2 control cables of heater side and one control cable of blower side.

Remove the center facia panel from the lower portion.

Disconnect the switch connectors and remove the center facia panel.

Loosen the 10 mounting bolts on the main crash pad and remove the main crash pad. (Refer to "CRESH PAD" of BD group)

Remove the evoporator core temp sensor (thermistor) connector.

Disconnect the blower resistor and blower motor connector.

Remove the evaporator assembly.
