Loosen the door trim mounting screws(4EA) and remove the rear door trim using a trim remover.

When using a trim remover, wrap it with a piece of cloth so as not to damage the painted surface.
Remove the inside handle mounting screw.
Loosen the door trim mounting screws(4EA) and remove the rear door trim using a trim remover.
When using a trim remover, wrap it with a piece of cloth so as not to damage the painted surface.
Remove the trim panel bracket, door trim seal, speaker, and connector.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the rear door trim, trim panel bracket, door trim seal, and speaker.("See Page BD-22")
Carefully move the glass to the proper position by the power window switch.
Remove 3 regulator assembly mounting nuts, loosen one nut lightly, and then disconnect the glass holder from the regulator.
TORQUE : 8 ~ 12 Nm (80 ~ 120 kg·cm,6 ~ 9 lb·ft)
Loosen the channel mounting bolts(2EA).
TORQUE : 8 ~ 12 Nm (80 ~ 120 kg·cm,6 ~ 9 lb·ft)
Carefully pull the glass out through the window slot.
After loosening the temporarily attached bolt to the regulator assembly, remove the regulator assembly.
Take care not to drop the glass and scratch the glass surface.
Remove the glass run from the channel.
After loosening the screw attaching the upper channel, remove the channel.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the rear door trim.("See Page BD-22")
Remove the glass and regulator.("See Page BD-23")
Remove the channel.
Remove the fixed glass by pulling it as shown in the illustration.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the rear door trim, trim panel bracket, door trim seal, and speaker.("See Page BD-22")
Remove the glass and regulator.("See Page BD-23")
After loosening the safety lock rod cover mounting screws(2EA), remove the safety lock rod cover using a remover.
Disconnect the actuator connector and loosen the latch mounting screws(3EA).
TORQUE : 8 ~ 11 Nm (80 ~ 110 kg·cm,6 ~ 8 lb·ft)
Loosen the outside handle mounting bolts(2EA), disconnect the rod, and then remove the latch and outside handle.
TORQUE : 8 ~ 12 Nm (80 ~ 120 kg·cm,6 ~ 9 lb·ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
After loosening the door hinge mounting bolt lightly, adjust the door by moving it up or down, or left or right.
After loosening the door striker mounting screw lightly, adjust the striker by moving it up or down, or left or right.
Remove the door trim and door trim seal.("See Page BD-22")
Raise the glass.
Loosen the regulator mounting nuts lightly.
Push the glass rearward (front door glass) or forward (rear door glass), then tighten the mounting nut.
Lower the glass.
Loosen the rear channel mounting nuts.
Push the rear channel against the glass, then tighten the mounting nuts.
Check that the glass moves smoothly.
