Check that the flange of the thermostat is correctly seated in the socket of the thermostat housing.
Install a new gasket and the coolant inlet fitting.
Refill the system with clean coolant.
Tightening torque
Coolant temperature sensor :
20 ~ 40 Nm (200 ~ 400 kg.cm, 15 ~ 30 lb.ft)
