CURRENT DATA
After the ignition switch on, the clutch switch is OFF signal to the ECM. When depressing the clutch pedal, the clutch switch is ON signal to the ECM For checking normal signal from the clutch switch, you should be checked ON signal on the current data when depressing the clutch pedal.
IS CLUTCH SWITCH ON DISPLAYED PROPERLY ?
YES
Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or ECM’s connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared.
Check for intermittent fault by observing the data parameter for a sudden change while wiggling the wiring and tapping lightly on the suspect component.
Be careful not to damage wires or components during the test.
Repair as necessary and go to " Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure
