IS THERE A BATTERY VOLTAGE PROPERLY DISPLAYED ?

Make sure there is no the DTC in the diagnostic trouble codes menu
NO
a.
Recheck the fuse and the main relay.

Recheck the wiring harness
c.
Go to step 4
Connect the scan tool to the data link connector(DLC) and turn the ignition switch ON.
Check the battery voltage current data
IS THERE A BATTERY VOLTAGE PROPERLY DISPLAYED ?
YES
Make sure there is no the DTC in the diagnostic trouble codes menu
NO
Recheck the fuse and the main relay.
Recheck the wiring harness
Go to step 4
MONITORING FOR PENDING DTC SET ?
YES
Go to the applicable troubleshooting procedure.
NO
System OK
