Disconnect the ISA, TPS and MAP sensor.
Disconnect the ISA, TPS and MAP sensor.
Remove the intake air hose connected to the throttle body.
Remove the accelerator cable.
Remove the P.C.V. hose and brake booster vacuum hoses.
Remove the coolant hose connections from the throttle body.
Disconnect the fuel infector harness connector.
Remove the delivery pipe and fuel injectors from the intake manifold.
Remove the surge tank stay.
Remove the intake manifold.
Install the delivery pipe with the fuel injectors attached.
Be careful not to drop the injectors when removing the delivery pipe.
Ensure that insulators are correctly inserted into the delivery pipe hole.
Check the surge tank for defects or cracks.
Replace if necessary.
Check for damage or cracking of any part.
