Loosen the door trim mounting screws(5EA), remove the trim using a trim remover, and then disconnect the power window switch connector.

When using a trim remover, wrap it with a piece of cloth so as not to damage the painted surface.
Remove the inside handle mounting screw.
Loosen the door trim mounting screws(5EA), remove the trim using a trim remover, and then disconnect the power window switch connector.

Remove the trim panel bracket (2 screws), door trim seal, speaker (4 screws), and connector.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the door trim, trim panel bracket, door trim seal, speaker.("See Page BD-16")
Carefully move the glass by the power window switch until the 2 mounting bolts appear, then remove them.
TORQUE : 8 ~ 12 Nm (80 ~ 120 kg·cm, 6 ~ 9 lb·ft)
Separate the glass from the glass run and carefully pull the glass out through the window slot.
Take care not to drop the glass and scratch the glass surface.
Disconnect the power window motor connector.
Loosen the regulator mounting nuts(4EA) and power window motor mounting nuts(3EA), then remove the regulator assembly.
TORQUE : 4 ~ 6 Nm (40 ~ 60 kg·cm, 3 ~ 4 lb·ft)
After loosening the front channel mounting nuts(2EA), remove the front channel.
TORQUE : 4 ~ 6 Nm (40 ~ 60 kg·cm,3 ~ 4 lb·ft)
After loosening the rear channel mounting nuts(2EA), remove the rear channel.
TORQUE : 4 ~ 6 Nm (40 ~ 60 kg·cm,3 ~ 4 lb·ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the front door trim, trim panel bracket, door trim seal, speaker.("See Page BD-16")
Remove the glass and regulator. ("See Page BD-17")
Loosen the safety lock rod cover mounting screws(2EA), then remove the safety lock rod cover using a remover.
Loosen the latch mounting screws(3EA).
TORQUE : 8 ~ 11 Nm (80 ~ 110 kg·cm,6 ~ 8 lb·ft)
Loosen the outside handle mounting bolts(2EA), disconnect the rod, and remove the outside handle.
TORQUE : 8 ~ 11 Nm (80 ~ 110 kg·cm,6 ~ 8 lb·ft)
Installation is the reverse of removal.
After loosening the door hinge mounting bolt lightly, adjust the door by moving it up or down, or right or left.
After loosening the door striker mounting screw lightly, adjust the striker by moving it up or down, or right or left.
After loosening the glass mounting bolt, adjust the glass by moving it up or down.
After loosening the regulator mounting bolt, adjust the regulator and glass by moving the regulator up or down, or right or left.
