Measure resistance between power circuit and signal circuit.

Does each resistance indicate continuity circuit?
YES
Temporarily install a known good injector and check for proper operation
If problem is corrected, replace injector
NO
Open circuit injector
Repair as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure
