1. Check program for scantool is no problem and the latest version
2. Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF"
3. Connect Scan tool and cleare the DTCs
4. If the DTCs are retrived again, monitor "CURRENT DATA" to check No. of Learnt key, PCM and KEY status

5.Are both Key and PCM status learnt ?
YES
Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the SMARTRA’s and/or PCM’s connector or was repaired and PCM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

Check DLC cable conection between Scanner and DLC. And, update the program card with the latest version. Finally try communication between scan tool and Immobilizer system.
Go to "W/Harness Inspection" procedure.
