Remove the 2 heater side control cables and one blower side control cable.
Remove the 2 heater side control cables and one blower side control cable.
Remove the center facia panel from the lower portion.
Disconnect the switch connectors and remove the center facia panel.
After removing the 10 mounting bolts, remove the main crash pad. (Refer to "CRASH PAD" of BD guoup)
Disconnect the evaporator core temp sensor (thermister), blower resistor connector, and motor connector.
Remove the evaporator unit.
Remove the blower unit.
Installation is the reverse of removal. (Prior to installation of intake and exhaust cables, install the locating pin)
Loosen the moter mounting screw.
Loosen the duct and blower case mounting screw.
After removing the duct, disconnect the door lever and arm.
Remove the blower resistor.
Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.
