Check the blower motor shaft for bend.

Check the packing portion for crack.

Check the fan for damage.

Check the blower case for damage.

Check for the air selection damper operation.

Connect the blower motor to the battery and check for smooth operation.

Connect the blower motor to the opposite poles of battery and check for reverse operation.
