Connect scantool and selet "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTCs)" mode and Read "DTC Status" parameter
Connect scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
Connect scantool and selet "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTCs)" mode and Read "DTC Status" parameter
Is the DTC C1621 present?
YES
Go to "Inspection/Repair" procedure
NO
Check if actuator works properly after restarting the engine and then go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure.
