General Description

Intergrated Memory System (hereinafter referred to IMS) is a kind of convenience that memorize the fittest posiotion of seat, steering wheel and mirror for driver, and restores it with just one memory switch. Powerseat ECU for adjusting seat position and Tilt/Telescope ECU for steering wheel/mirror position is sub-ECU of IMS. Equipment for Powerseat adjusting beside Powerseat ECU are input switch, four motors and sensors. According to input signal four motors adjusts horizental posiotion, inclination of the back of a seat and height of seat. Sensors for each motor detects position and delivers it to powerseat ECU

DTC Description

The ECM sets DTC B1955 if there′s any fault in powerseat recline sensor signal.
