Check AHLS ECU.
Connect scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
Select ‘ACTUATOR ADJUSTING’ mode on scantool and operate actuator by pressig F1,F2,F6 key
Are the action and output value of headlamp actuator within specifications in fig3)?
YES
Go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure.
NO
Substitute with a known-good AHLS ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace AHLS ECU and then go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure.
※ Headlamp initializing (Must be performed in case of replacing AHLS ECU)
1. Park the vehicle in a flat land and remove all the loads from the vehicle
2. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
3. Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
4. Check and erase DTC.
5. Select ‘HEADLAMP LEVEL INITIALIZING’ mode on scantool and press F6(SET)
