Align the timing mark(A) on the camshaft sprocket(B) with the mark(C) on the cylinder head(D).
Align the timing mark(A) on the crankshaft sprocket(B) with the pin(C) press fitted in the oil pump housing(D).
Install the timing belt.
Install the timing belt(A) tightly in the sequence shown.
Timing belt drive pulley(B) (crankshaft) → Water pump pulley(C) → Timing belt idler(D) → Camshaft sprocket(E) → Timing belt tensioner(F).
Turn the auto-tensioner(C) counterclockwise fully to install the timing belt using the boss bolt(D) and spanner(E).
Rotate the crankshaft by hand 2 complete revolutions (clockwise) to take up any slack and set to TDC(Top Dead Center).
Using a hexagonal wrench, install the stop bolt.

Install the engine support backet(A).
Tightening torque :
43 ~ 55N.m (4.3 ~ 5.5kgf.m, 31.72 ~ 40.57lb-ft)
Install the timing belt upper cover(A) and lower cover(B).
Tightening torque :
7.8 ~ 11.8N.m (0.8 ~ 1.0kgf.m, 5.75 ~ 8.70lb-ft)
Install the crankshaft pulley(A).
Tightening torque :
30 ~ 34N.m (3.0 ~ 3.4kgf.m, 22 ~ 25lb-ft)
Install the engine mounting bracket(A) and the ground cable(B).

(C, D) : 63.7 ~ 83.4N.m (6.5 ~ 8.5kgf.m, 47.0 ~ 61.5lb-ft)
(B) : 7.8 ~ 11.8N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
Install the drive belt(A), following the sequence below.
1.Alternator → 2.Power steering → 3.Idler → 4.Air compressor → 5.Crankshaft pulley → 6.Tensioner.
The tensioner should be lifted up to install the drive belt(A).
Remover the side cover.
Install the front tires.(RH)
