Removal
1.

Drain the engine coolant. Remove the radiator cap to speed coolant draining.

2.

Remove the air duct(A).

3.

Remove the upper radiator hose(A) and lower radiator hose(B).

4.

Disconnert the radiator fan connector(A).

5.

Disconnect the Automatic Transaxle Fluid(ATF) cooler hoses from the radiator.

6.

Remove the radiator bracket(A) mounting bolts.

7.

Remove the radiator from engine room.

8.

Remove the radiator fan(A).

Inspection
Cap Testing
1.

Remove the radiator cap, wet its seal with engine coolant, and install it to a pressure tester.

2.

Apply a pressure of 93 ~ 123kPa (0.95 ~ 1.25kgf/cm², 14 ~ 19psi).

3.

Check for a drop in pressure.

4.

If the pressure drops, replace the cap.

Installation
1.

Install the radiator assembly.

2.

Install the radiator from engine room.

3.

Install the radiator bracket(A) mounting bolts.

4.

Install the Automatic Transaxle Fluid(ATF) cooler hoses from the radiator.

5.

Install the radiator fan connector(A).

6.

Install the upper radiator hose(A) and lower radiator hose(B).

7.

Install the air duct(A).

8.

Refill with engine coolant.

9.

Start engine and check for leaks.
