AHLS provides driver with the best visibility by adjusting vertical direction of the headlamp. It consists of ECM, Linkage and actuator. ECM detects the signal of headlamp switch which is operated by multi-function switch to diagnose the Headlamp light singal line.
The ECM sets DTC C1522 if there is open circuit ( when a not allowed voltage,from 2V to 6V,is detected at light signal input for a duration of 2 seconds) in light signal line.
