Disconnect the cruise control switch connector and then remove the cruise control switch(A) with two screws.
Disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
Remove the driver side air bag module. (Refer to Air bag in RT Group.)
Disconnect the cruise control switch connector and then remove the cruise control switch(A) with two screws.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Disconnect the cruise control switch connector from the control switch.
Measure resistance between terminals on the control switch when each function switch is ON (switch is depressed).

Cancel | RH 1-3 | 0Ω ± 5% |
Set/Coast | RH 1-3 | 220Ω ± 5% |
Resume/Accel | RH 1-3 | 910Ω ± 5% |
If not within specification, replace switch.
Connect the cruise control switch connector to the control switch.
Measure voltage between terminals on the harness side connector when each function switch is ON (switch is depressed).

If not within specification, replace switch.
