Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.

Go to "Component Inspection" procedure.
Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF" & Headlamp "AUTO".
Measure voltage value between terminal "7" of autolightsensor and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx. 4V ~ 6V
Is the measured voltage within specifications?
YES
Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.
NO
Check for open or short in harness. Repair as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
