Remove the front door trim panel.

(Refer to the BD group - "Front door")

Disconnect the switch connector (4P) from wiring.

Check the switch for continuity between the No. 3 and No. 4 terminals.

If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.

Remove the glove box and lower crash pad panel. (Refer to the BD group - "Crash pad")

Disconnect the switch connector (2P) from wiring.

Check the switch for continuity between the No. 1 and No. 2 terminals.

If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
