Drain the engine coolant.
Remove the air duct(A).
Remove the radiator upper hose (A) and the lower hose (B).
Disconnect transaxle oil cooler hoses. (Refer to AT group)
Disconnect the radiator fan connector(A).
Remove the radiator mounting bracket(A).
Remove the radiator(A).
Remove the radiator fan(A).
Remove the radiator cap, wet its seal with engine coolant, then install it to pressure tester.
Apply a pressure of 93 ~ 123kPa(0.95 ~ 1.25kgf/cm², 14 ~ 19psi).
Check for a drop in pressure.
If the pressure drops, replace the cap.
Wait until engine is cool, then carefully remove the radiator cap and fill the radiator with engine coolant, then install it on the pressure tester.
Apply a pressure tester to the radiator and apply a pressure of 93 ~ 123kPa (0.95 ~ 1.25kgf/cm² 14 ~18psi).
Inspect for engine coolant leaks and a drop in pressure.
Remove the tester and reinstall the radiator cap.
Check for engine oil in the coolant and/or coolant in the engine oil.
Install the radiator fan(A) to the radiator.
Install the radiator assembly (A) to the vehicle.
Install the radiator mounting bracket(A).
Reconnect the radiator fan connector(A).
Connect transaxle oil cooler hoses. (Refer to AT group)
Connect the radiator upper hose (A) and the lower hose (B).
Install the air duct(A).
Fill with engine coolant.
Start engine and check for leaks.
Recheck engine coolant level.
