Connect scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).

Clear the DTC

Ignition "OFF"

Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"

Connect scantool and selet "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTCs)" mode and Read "DTC Status" parameter.

Is the DTC B1621 present?

	▶ Substitute with a known - good ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace ECU and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
	▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or AFLS ECU’s connector or was repaired and AFLS ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure.

Park at lever land

Vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h

Engine r.p.m > 500rpm

Connect GDS

CAN communication is normal status

Battery voltage > 10.5V

Headlamp S/W ON, AFLS ON
