LKAS takes various vehicle conditions, including vehicle speed, yaw rate, and other data from horizontal acceleration sensor, direction indicator lights and steering column, as input via CAN High and Low lines to control MDPS.
If a message is not received from Cluster via CAN lines for a certain period of time, LKAS generates C165387 and turns on the Malfunction Indicator Lamp.
