CAN communication is circuit, consists of CAN low line, CAN high line and two resister, installed in Cluster and ECM/PCM, to communicate with each control module(ECM/PCM, MDPS, TPMS, ABS).
DTC C1616 is set when EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) CM detects CAN communication error.
