Vehicle speed is sent from ABS(VDC) module. ABS(VDC) calculates the vehicle speed with the wheel speed sensor. Also converts it into the digital signal and sends it to ECM/PCM. When DTC P2159 occurs, check the ABS system error first and then check the engine system.
If the vehicle speed signal is below 1.0 Km/h during 2 sec under enable conditions, ECM/PCM sets P2159.
