Component Inspection
■ Check sensor
1.

IG "OFF" and disconnect A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor, MAPS, FPS, CMPS(Intake), CMPS(Exhaust), TPS, APS, CKPS(only ISG), BVS(only ISG) connector.

2.

IG "ON".

3.

Check that sensor connector power supply is within the specification after turning IG KEY "ON".

4.

Connect A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor connector, MAPS connector, FPS connector, CMPS(Intake) connector, CMPS(Exhaust) connector, TPS connector, APS connector, CKPS(only ISG) connector, BVS(only ISG) connector in turn.

5.

Measure the voltage of power circuit of each sensor with all connector connected.

Specification : Sensor power supply should not change as connecting A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor connector, MAPS connector, FPS connector, CMPS(Intake) connector, CMPS(Exhaust) connector, TPS connector, APS connector, CKPS(only ISG) connector, BVS(only ISG) connector.

6.

Does change of sensor power supply occur as connecting sensor connector?

▶ Replace related sensors. (A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor, MAPS, CKPS(only ISG), BVS(only ISG))

▶ Substitute with a known - good ECM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace ECM and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
