Generally, Power voltage or current is not supply to Start motor after Engine start. If Power voltage or current supply to Start motor after Engine start, It could be incur critical damage with Start motor and Fly-wheel.So thar ECU monitoring srarting circuit in order to prevent from damage.
P0617 is set when the high current detected for 0.3second after IG key "ON".
