LKAS is an abbreviation of Lane Keeping Assist System. LKAS monitors the input voltage to ensure that the required power is properly supplied. If the input voltage falls short of or exceeds the voltage range for normal operation, LKAS reports it as a battery supply voltage fault by turning on the Malfunction Indicator Lamp and saving the corresponding fault code.
If the input voltage exceeds the normal voltage range, Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) generates the fault code C110117.
