CAN communication Line consists of Low and High line so that each ECU can communicate their information for each other.
In order to adopt MDPS control for SPAS, SPAS and MDPS communicate each other.
The SPAS ECU sends the request messages, such as steering control of vehicles, to the MDPS through CAN bus line for SPAS.
The SPAS ECU check the CAN communication line for normal control and if the MDPS message is not received for a 0.5 second, this DTC is set.
