Has the problem found ?
![]() | ▶ Repair as necessary and go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
![]() | ▶ Go to "AHLS-ECU" procedure . |
Engine "ON" and Head lamp"ON"
Lift the vehicle.
Disconnect the linkage of height sensor.
Monitor the "SENSOR ANGLE" Parameter on the GDS while moving linkage vertically.
Is there any change in "SENSOR ANGLE" Parameter?
![]() | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the AHLS ECU connector or was repaired and AHLS ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. ▶ Check Head Lamp movement with actuation test and then, go to 'Verification of Vehicle Repair"procedure. |
![]() | ▶ Substitute with a known-good "AHLS-ECU(SENSOR)" and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace "AHLS-ECU(SENSOR)" and then go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure. ▶ After its repair done, Perform the lamp actuation by GDS in order to verify its normal operation. |
Perform Vehicle Selection and Level Initialization with GDS if AHLS ECU is repalce. (Auto Levelling Sensor)
