Remove the front bumper. (Refer to BD group - "Front bumper")

Disconnect the AAF (Active air flap) actuator connector (A).

Remove the air duct (A)

Unfasten the 4 bolts and release locking hook both ends of housing.

Then, remove AAF (Active air flap) actuator & housing assembly (B)

Installation is the reverse of removal.

After installing, perform the "Actuation test" using GSD to check on the system.

Remove the link (A) from the housing (B).

Remove the 4 flaps (A).

Remove the actuator (A) from the housing (B).

Assembly is the reverse of disassembly.
