Inspection procedure
1.

Repair abnormal idle up circuit.

2.

Inspect fuel leakage visually from fuel tank and fuel pump mounting point.

3.

Inspect fuel quality and inside of fuel tank after removing fuel pump.

4.

Check contamination of fuel filter and foreign substances in the fuel filter.

5.

Are the fuel quality, fuel tank and fuel filter normal?

→ Execute each item and if all sensors and actuator are normal, go to "System inspection" procedure.

▶ Go to "MAPS" inspection procedure.

▶ Go to "ETC" inspection procedure.

▶ Go to "TPS" inspection procedure.

▶ Go to "ECTS" inspection procedure.

▶ Go to "OCV" inspection procedure.

▶ Replace fuel.

▶ Repair/replace fuel system.
