Does "START MOTOR" rotate normally?
 | ▶ Go to "Possible Cranking" inspection procedure. |
 | ▶ Rotate the crankshaft of engine and check engine for sticking. ▶ Go to "Impossible Cranking" inspection procedure. |
Check the following items.

Transaxle fluid/gear oil | ① Exchange schedule ② Fluid/oil quantity ③ Color and viscosity | DTC | Refer to "DTC diagnosis guide" if DTC happens. |
If all item are normal, "Start motor rotation state inspection" procedure as below.
Check if "START MOTOR" rotates at IG key "START".
■ Normal : "START MOTOR" rotates at IG key "START".
