Check the following items.

If all item are normal, go to "Symptom reappearance" procedure as below.
Let the vehicle certain conditions as below for checking symptoms after engine starting.
Idle when load is not applied.
Idle when load is applied. (A/C "ON", Head light "ON", Electric devices "ON", Shift lever "D" range.)
Stop the vehicle while driving.
Is there engine hesitation?
