Generally, Power voltage or current is not supply to Start motor after Engine start. If Power voltage or current supply to Start motor after Engine start, It could be incur critical damage with Start motor and Fly-wheel.So thar ECU monitoring srarting circuit in order to prevent from damage.
P0616 is set when the low current detected for 0.3second after Engine start.
