After turning head light switch to low beam, and then operate it.

Is normally turned on the head light?

▶ Fault is intermittent caused by AFLS ECU memory was not cleared. and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Substitute with a known-good bulb and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace a bulb and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Substitute with a known-good Ballast and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace a Ballast and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
