Ignition switch "OFF"
Disconnect battery (-) cable.
Refer to "Shop Manual" and remove EOPS.
Measure the resistance between signal terminal of EOPS and EOPS body ground.(A)
Measure the resistance between signal terminal of EOPS and EOPS body ground while pressing oil hole with thin stick.(B)
Specification :(A) : Continuity measured / (B) : No continuity measured

Is the measured value within specification?

Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure. |
