Perform "DCT Manual Learning" in the "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.
Connect GDS to data link connector(DLC).
Ignition "ON", Engine "OFF".
Erase the "DTC code" use GDS.
Perform "DCT Manual Learning" in the "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.
Does "DCT Manual Learning" performed normally?
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or TCM(PCM)'s connector or was repaired and TCM(PCM) memory was not cleared. Throughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage.Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ Replace "Gear Actuator2" and then Confirm the System is operated normally. If the DCT system is operated normally, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. If DCT system is not operated normally, Replace DCT and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
Be aware of Battery discharge, When does the "DCT Manual Learning" perform continuously because 4 motors is operated so current consuption is increase.
