Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the rear left luggage side trim.

(Refer to Body - "Interrior Trim")

Remove the power tailgate unit connectors after loosening mounting nuts (2EA).

Install the power tailgate unit.

Install the rear left luggage side trim.

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
