Circuit Description | |
Battery voltage is supplied at all times to open/ down and close/ up sunroof relay contacts. Open/ down relay and close/ up relay coils are alsosupplied battery voltage when the ignition switch is in ON. When the ignition key is turned on and the open switch is depressed, the open/ down relay is energized. Battery voltage is then supplied to the sunroof motor through the open/ down relay contacts. The motor is groundedthrough close/ up relay contact. | When the ignition key is turned on and the close switch is depressed, the close/ up relay is energized. When the sunroof is open, the roof open/close limit switch always contacts the open position. The up and down switch workssimilarly to the open switch. The polarity of the voltage applied to the sunroof motor through sunroof relay contacts is changed according the switch positions. |
