Remove the decoration cover and the glass panel.

4-6 Nm (40-60 kg·cm, 2.9-4.4 lb·ft) |
Remove the headliner. (Refer to INTERIOR TRIM, BD-44)
Remove the decoration cover and the glass panel.

Disconnect the drain hose.
Remove the bolts and nuts holding the sunroof and then remove the sunroof assembly.

Sunroof mounting bolts: |
7-11 Nm (70-110 kg·cm, 5.1-8.0 lb·ft) |
Sunroof mounting nuts: |
4-6 Nm (40-60 kg·cm, 2.9-4.4 lb·ft) |
When removing the sunroof assembly, carefully pull out the assembly to avoid damaging other parts.
Check that the limit switches (LS1 and LS2) of the motor are fully closed. Align the guide roller center and slider mating marks in the fully closedposition.
